The natural materials used such as clay were worked to become terracotta and were processed in a similar methodology as that of the millenary manual production of jars, amphorae used in the past for the preservation of food and wine. This process inspired the designer Mario Scairato to research and create "an object that could live in symbiosis with nature, tamed and not, but above all that could acquire fascination with age."
