This set of three large antique copper log holders was hand-made around 1850. These heavy duty rustic pieces were originally used for firing industrial ovens. One of the fireplace buckets features a removable lattice insert for storing slim logs of wood. These pieces show a patina which is typical for this kind of metal. The log holders come in three slightly different sizes and feature handles made from crude timber.
