It was originally developed for the internal transport of cotton in a Belgian cotton factory. It is made from plaiting and the structure is supported by iron supports. The numbers on the side refer to the weight of the wool carried. This item is in a good vintage condition having been thoroughly cleaned, with signs of wear consistent with age and use. See less
