Paper size: 745mm x 550mm | this work is framed. Available mid december. An original lithograph in colours on wove paper. Signed sw hayter in pencil, dated (19)72 and titled noeud [knot] and numbered from the limited edition of 100 (there were also 5 artist's proofs). The edition before the lettering of the poster for the hayter exhibition ondulations - peintures 1968-1972, paris, musée d'art moderne de la ville de paris, october-november 1972. Referenced in black & moorhead the prints of stanley william hayter: a complete catalogue, 358 in good and bright condition with some noticeable signs of handling towards the edges of the sheet including a few small tears to top sheet edge, some other very minor signs of wear well away from the image. Beautifully framed and ready to hang, this is a super-eye-catching and beautiful abstract print, immediately recognisable as being by this well-listed modern british artist this piece has an attribution mark,
