1930s bentwood armchair designed by Jan Vanek for UP Zavody. The frame is made up of steamed beechwood that has been formed into curved elements. After it's assembly it was stained brown and then the construction was finalized with webbing. At some point in time the chair was restored and then later it received new webbing. The chair has a lovely patina and is in good condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
