Realized a year after Sartorio’s journey to Paris with Michetti, it is a beautiful, early example of the sepulchral and pre-raphaelite style which will grow up in the artist’s production in mid-1890s after his travel to Great Britain and then to Germany. Includes an ancient gilded wooden frame: 70 × 111.5 × 3.5 cm This artwork is shipped from Italy.
