On the back is glued a fragment of a black and white print. The title Naples is written on lower center. This little precious modern artwork represents a genre scene showing a food seller: the man is cooking the food in a large pot and is handing out the dishes to the customers in front of him. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago by an artist who has died requires a licence for export regardless of the work’s market price.
