The Seltmann Weiden porcelain factory was founded in 1910 by Christian Seltmann, who gained experience from his father - a porcelain manufacturer. Then he perfected his skills in the field of porcelain production while working in several factories. During this time he also gained experience in trade. This allowed him to set up his own factory, Seltmann Weiden, which is a leading porcelain producer on the German market and remains the property of the Seltmann family to this day.
