Small solid Walnut cabinet, designed in the Gothic spirit, opening in front by a door with generous mouldings forming frames.
In the centre, the panel is embellished with two interlaced calligraphic letters, perhaps an S mingling with an L. They are topped with a crown, probably that of a Count. This door has a working lock with its key. Moreover, it has the peculiarity of being blocked at the bottom by a latch, which is activated by pressing a button hidden under the cabinet.
The interior is the result of a beautiful work of cabinet making. It offers six storage compartments formed by the presence of a vertical partition and four fixed shelves with moving edges.
The uprights consist of four Twisted Columns, supporting a Tent. The capital has a frieze sculpted with a succession of circles around its perimeter. The wooden top of this piece of furniture has a wide overhang with multiple mouldings, as does the base on which it rests.
The whole rests on two ball feet at the front and two straight feet at the back.
The sides are also ornate, and are decorated with protruding Fleur de Lys.
You will trust this Small Decorative Furniture with a double security opening, which will also be appreciated for its Logeability.
