With masterfully handcrafted … Read more A French Kingwood parquetry and gilt metal serpentine centre table with full length frieze drawer. Circa 1910.

With masterfully handcrafted inlaid decoration, the table has a gilt metal border to the top and gilt brass mounts, standing on slender cabriole legs terminating in sabots.

The drawer has oak sides and backs with dovetail construction.

The table is in very good condition for its age, showing some light signs of use as expected. There is a patch to the back frieze where it has mellowed in colour, please refer to the last photograph.

The table has no damage or woodworm.
