Floor lamp with stem in black painted iron alternating the wooden parts tornine and triangular base has three feet in iron that support the stem. The point light has a circular hat made of decorated paper, very corners with signs of dents and with a large tear on one side, as in the photo. Surely the original hat is very nice but you tips to try to get it repaired or replaced.
