A 1959 rare italian design studio table light by aldo londi for bitossi. Brown terracotta base with burned orange and white ceramic rectangular tassels applied on the top of the base with the original textured burned orange color shade. Beautiful shape and texture great effect. Aldo londi, ceramista, scultore, pittore e maestro, 1929-2003 comune di montelupo fiorentino, giugno-settembre, 2008 catalogo ets – isbn 978-884671844-0 bitossi ceramics was founded in tuscany italy in 1921 by guido bitossi heir to a long dynasty and tradition of ceramists.
