the seating area has been newly upholstered with a high quality jab anstoetz fabric.

the wooden frames of the armchairs and sofas show signs of age-related wear and minor stains and blemishes. One armchair has a crack in the wood on the inside at the lower back cross joint. On the sofa, the spring straps on which the seat cushions lie have been replaced by a wooden plate. Small splinters on the back of the back legs of the sofa.
