The smooth, minimalist design is … more This iconic chair, the AP40 “Airport Chair”, is a beautiful find of Scandinavian modern design. The smooth, minimalist design is typical for Wegner. The chair has a chrome-plated metal structure with thin tubular legs and is upholstered in high-quality Skai (faux leather) upholstery. The chrome frame remains visible at the sides of the seats, creating a wonderful contrast that’s proof of an impressive eye for detail. Sold individually, but the chairs would make a wonderful set. They remain in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
