Lovely bright solid cherry wood, chestnut inner panel filling on the extending plate. The plate can be pulled out from under the main plate, sliding on a felt, while the height stays the same. It makes the table 96 cm longer and is quick and easy to be extended. The dining table furthermore has one drawer on one frontside. Underneath you can see the old hand-made pull-out mechanism in oak solid wood. Restored condition. Surface treated with fine matte wax polish.
