This huge theater spot of the American brand Klieglight from New York, 20s This model we have not previously encountered. And what a quality! The bracket and side pieces are made of bronze and the other parts are made of cast aluminum and metal. This lamp has on the inside a large ribbed aluminum reflector with a large glass lens therefor. The front part where the lens is also still slide off to to increase or decrease the beam. Of course, this lamp has been completely disassembled and restored piece by piece and provided with a layer of clear lacquer. In terms of electricity is this spot is provided with a new lamp holder, plug, and grounded twisted fabric cords. On the back under the tag plate is an aluminum switch. The iron tripod was ugly painted and is now stripped, polished and coated with varnish. The support tube is also extending as seen on the latest photos. This lamp can be put higher. The legs of the tripod can still be put to wider for stability. Overall a fantastic eye-catcher for a large room, living room or restaurant!
