Its base is made of a single piece of curved solid wood, which forms the armrest. A brass ring, the only point of attachment, joins the base and backrest, ensuring flexibility and great seating comfort. Both simple and ingenious, we like the "Bow Wood" chairs manufactured by Steiner in the 1950s. Here, Steiner reappropriates the techniques of bending wood to produce pieces with a bold and resolutely modern design. This furniture, a Mid-Century invention, responds to the production requirements of the time, which demanded industrializable but human techniques.

The structure of the chair is made of solid curved ash. The seat is soft, very comfortable covered with a new royal blue skai. Traces of use are visible on the armrests.
