Kept in a private collection of a respected doctor in Bratislava until now. The sculpture is fully made of two pieces of wood connected together. It is a wall mounted sculpture. The sculpture if hand made by Alojz Petráš to reflect the comfort of a home - hence birds nest with eggs. Thanks to its huge size, it is impossible to miss it in any original home. Excellent original condition. Signed by the author on the back.
Alojz Petráš was born in Czechoslovakia and is considered one of the renown artists in Slovakia today. He was a painter who occasionally turned to wood to sculpt objects. A nest of a bird with eggs was his popular subject. Although each of his works is completely original and unique. This piece has an attribution mark,
