This rare armchair designed by Josef Hoffmann for Jacob and Josef Kohn was made around the year 1906 in Austria. In the Bauhaus - Wiener Werkstätte era
The chair has been repainted in white in the past but was originally in the wood color. Has also been reupholstered but is in need of new reupholstery.
The chair needs restoration but the wood is in a good condition, not broken.
The chair has the original stamp under the seat. This piece has an attribution mark,
I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
