Prodigy of natural engineering, the insects reproduced here in large scale, show us through the magnifying glass of the mirror, their fierce beauty. Silver mirror with natural oxidation and back decorated by hand with a mixed technique using natural pigments, lacquers and filters. Inspired by the ancient Japanese kintsugi technique, we believe that the mirror takes on new life through its fractures. Through its scars, it becomes even more precious. Each repaired piece becomes unique and unrepeatable. Central motif: Cockroach. Raw lead frame with oxidized brass finish. The manufacture of this product has been made with artisan and not industrial procedures. Small imperfections are deliberately present constituting a specific characteristic of the product and added value to it, they testify the unique manufacture. less
