It was probably used only to display some works of art as there are no traces of paints, oils, varnishes etc.
Construction with two drawers, height adjustment by crank and rail mechanism, tilt adjustment and level setting. Each screw is original, the wood as you can see in the pictures shows signs of time and has a beautiful patina. The whole mounted on four pegs equipped with a brake. Without any repairs, gluing, etc, protected only by antique wax Starwax. No signs of woodworm, etc. Ready to insert. The lowest height 210cm. less
