A special round biomorphic smoked glass wall sconce or flush mount designed by koch & lowy for peill & putzler, manufactured in germany, circa 1970s. High quality and in very good condition. Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. Each fixture requires 1 standard bulb and is compatible with the us/uk/ etc. Standards. Information about peill & putzler: peill + putzler: glashüttenwerk peill und sohn was founded in 1903 in düren, a small town in west germany. Peill merged with putzler (founded in 1869) in 1947 as a glassworks and lighting company and became - peill & putzler glashüttenwerke -. The company always worked with important designers as wilhelm wagenfeld, william brown, helmut demary, aloys ferdinand gangkofner, horst tüselmann and so on. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
