Solid galvanized steel with zinc coat. Nice original Wheeling advertising. Bottom has all (4) swivel casters. Bottom of each tub has drain hole. Metal on base has some surface rust for a nice vintage look. Sticker helps dates the piece to the 50s/60s.
Stand measures 32 1/2" tall x 41" long x 20 1/2" deep. Great condition overall. Nice piece that could be used as a planter, wash tub, beverage cooler or many other uses.
Piece breaks down for shipping. Not all of the screws are original. less
