.We bought it because we love books, love the richness of the piece and the engravings on the back. The colors are vivid! It looks like a "real" bookcase.
Everyone thought it was a bookcase, loved it. We didn't use it as we had a young daughter and she wanted to touch the books! Our daughter is going to college this summer. I'm downsizing, My husband passed this summer. less
