Description: This pair of lamps by giuliano cesari was the first, original attempt to use a typically italian stone such as … more This pair of lamps by giuliano cesari was the first, original attempt to use a typically italian stone such as travertine to manufacture state-of-the-art furnishing items. The lamps can be used as shown or superposed on the sizes in different ways, to create a sculptural effect. To be used in the usa, you have to replace the lamp (which has an e27 cap) and add an adaptor to the plug. The set comes with a certificate of origin on original luigi sormani letterhead. the nucleo division was established to complement the luigi sormani production with accessories. A series of avantgarde lighting elements was thus created. The vintage travertine lamp series is another example of the company's flexibility in the use of materials (steel, acrylic glass, marble, travertine, aluminium extrusions, plastic etc.). Labeled by maker,this piece has an attribution mark,
