Set of six rare victorian brown-westhead, moore & co blue and white earthenware plates in "rose & ivy" pattern. those rare to find and collectible plates were created for the french market and sold at the "grand dépôt d’emile bourgeois" in paris.
impressed on the back t.c. Brown-westhead
moore & co and printed mark bwm & co with "rose & ivy" pattern. Also printed : grand dépôt de porcelaines et faïences 21 rue drouot paris succursale 33, rue st ferreol marseille.

messrs. Thomas c. Brown-westhead, moore & co. Was a manufacturer of china, earthenware, including high quality innovative victorian majolica at cauldon place, stoke-upon-trent in england from 1856. The "grand dépôt d’emile bourgeois" was founded in 1863 and was the largest shop in the world for table, dessert and crystal services. This piece has an attribution mark,

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
