Designed in 1950s by Emil Stejnar and executed by Rupert Nikoll. Switch on the bottom part could turn off upper three bulbs. Lacquered brass with minor age patina. No crystal parts missing. 9x40W, E12-E14 bulbs. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
