Beautiful canine statue portraying German Shepherd. The statue was produced by Royal Dux company in 1960s in Czechoslovakia, one of the leading porcelain figurine makers of the era. The German Shepherd was an iconic breed in the Communist era, as it was often used as a guard dog by police, national guard and as a symbol of strength. This sculpture is in an excellent condition without any wear. Marked by the producers mark on the bottom. Great item! This piece has an attribution mark,
