Cobalt blue and gold with two scrolls on the lid each with a winged cherub and a dove signed E. Froger. Perforated bronze strap with handles that is attached to the bottom of the bowl which is housed in a bronze base. Signs of Sevres inside the lid and at the bottom of the base.
E. Froger was a skilled painter who decorated pieces of glass and porcelain for Sevres.
As shown in the photos, small chipping, not visible when the lid is closed. This piece has an attribution mark,
