Celestial globe marked with Edwin Hammar Stockholm and manufactured by Columbusverlag, Berlin, Germany.
The mouth-blown glass globe is hand-covered with lighting and a compass in the base, which is typical for the globes from this time. This globe is a very rare specimen from the 20s and 30s. It was made without a meridian and can be rotated on the wooden base. The globe has an E27 socket. In the middle of the 20's Columbus produced the first illuminated globes.
