Over the years, we have collected our favorite fabrics and stored them neatly in our version of a museum. We are listing these pieces because we are simply out of space. These are rare fabrics, most of which are no longer being produced, all valued over $100 per yard. We have squirreled these away and they are in meticulous condition. This listing is for 8-5/8 yards by 54 inches wide of luxurious printed cotton chintz by Bassett McNabb.
The pattern is Cassandra. This is a discontinued, rare material; and it is quite possible this is the last remaining yardage for sale anywhere.
Cassandra features beautiful, graceful and sweeping flowering branch designs in vibrant colors of basil, evergreen, mauve, rose pink, lavender, lilac, soft white, taupe, sandstone and sable. The background is a buttercup.
Please note the incredible array of color used to make this vibrant pattern, complete with old world charm. There are 14 screens used to create this beautiful print. Cotton chintz is also increasing being sought for its durability and polished look. Why not grab a piece of rare, authentic chintz in perfect condition?
