Very fine white porcelain with underglaze cobalt blue and overglaze polychrome and gold decorations
All hand painted in the best traditions of Arita Ware, featuring plum or cherry blossoms, chrysanthemums, peonies and tiny butterflies with vivid colors in Golden Imari palette
Inside, they are also decorated with blue medallions in the center featuring a curled up flying dragon
Marked underglaze with blue characters, representing Chinese-like dynasty marks
Circa first half/mid of the 19th century, Arita Export
