Attributed to Arthur Waagen but unsigned by the artist. Waagen’s work was routinely cast at Leblanc Freres and unsigned. Foundry mark is underneath the marble plinth and not visible unless removed. I removed and replaced the plinth to take photos of the marks shown. See less
