It is hand signed in ink by the artist on the middle bottom of the sheet. The image size is 11.5 x 8 inches, the sheet size is 14.75 x 10.75 inches.

The subject is a costume created by Erte for the actress and dancer Loulou Guines, for the play "Les Draps d'Or." It comes from the personal collection of "The Empress of the Night," Mrs. Helene Martini, owner and director of the famous Parisian cabaret, Les Folies Bergeres, for whom the artist designed costumes and decors for more than 40 years. It is beautifully framed in a custom wooden gold frame, with multi-level gold color bevel and fabric matting. less
