Vintage Stoneware Cheese Fondue Cassoulet with Handle and Lid. Purchased in France in the early 80's. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips. The lid has an area on the rim where the glaze is missing, not from misuse or wear, but from its original glazing (see photos).
There are no maker's mark on it except for a number (10? 16?) on the bottom. It has been used as a decorative piece and never used for cooking or serving.
Measurements: bowl is 6" in diameter; bowl with handle is 9.75" by 4.75" tall.
