Handmade in a filigree design, … more Being offered is a pair of sterling silver candlesticks and a matching charity (Tzedakah) box. Handmade in a filigree design, the invoke the craftsmanship of Israeli artisans and the world renowned Betzalel School of Art in Jerusalem. The candlesticks have a scalloped base and the body a mixture of curves and angles. The are not weighted and have nice weight. The charity box has the Hebrew word “Tzedakah” (charity) on the front. It is customary to put some coins in the charity box before lighting the candles. The tradition comes from giving to those in need and Gd will answer our needs. A beautiful three-piece ensemble for Shabbat and holidays. A great Bat-mitzvah gift! less
