This dramatic, Austrian, Biedermeier cabinet dates to the early part of the 19th century. The piece retains its original hand-made glass and mirror, with sterling silver applied to the back at that time to make the mirror (tarnishing in spots especially on the top and bottom shelf backs); and the black lacquer finish retains its high gloss.
Note: The mirror has significantly oxidized over time, but it does not have any cracks.
Note: Center shelf is 17.50" in depth.
