This … more Wonderful framed lithograph print titled 'Lithographe III' produced by the very well known listed Modern/ Expressionist artist, Marc Chagall. This particular print was created as the cover art for the book 'Chagall Lithographe Tome III' published by Mourlet, Paris in 1969 - 1974 in an edition of 10,000. It is rendered in a simple palette of black, rouge red and creamy white and features classical Chagall imagery. The artwork measures 20 1/4" x 14" and is set within a simple modern red frame. The piece is unsigned however it reads ' Printed in France' on the verso. Other than a faint water stain on the right side ( please see photo) the artwork is in very good clean condition. less
