The 7x10 masterpiece boasts a delicious stepped diamond pattern cocooning a well defined geometric-floral design in shades of red, brown and blue alternating in color. The play of geometry and floral motifs has a honeycomb lattice vibe to it, exceptionally stylized for a piece of this versatile scale. The border follows a similar pattern culminating into various symbols from the 1860s. Thriving in good condition after repair, a piece well suited for living rooms and dining rooms.
