- Stunning pair of French Art Deco sconces were created by the French artist " Charles Schneider " in great condition. … more Stunning pair of French Art Deco sconces were created by the French artist " Charles Schneider " in great condition. Each shade is marked SCHNEIDER FRANCE 406. Frames are in silvered bronze with matching clear frosted glass shades with intricate geometric motifs. Sconces have been rewired for U.S. standards. Each sconce accommodates one candelabra bulb (60 Watt max). A matching chandelier is available as shown in the last photo. We are the rare source that specializes exclusively in French Art Deco for over three decades, since 1991 with restoration, repair and plaiting for any lighting period located in Long Island City, N.Y.
