Note! that it is Footed making it Easy to Pick Up and Use. The Fancy Embossed Repousse Features are done in a Transitional Victorian Floral & Rococo Revival Style. It is Marked STERLING Both on the Handle and on the Inner Rim Perimeter of the Bezel. It has No Maker Marks but my Years of Experience it could easily be Attributed to the Gorham Silver Company. The Glass has a Slight Aqua Color Under Certain Angles and Lighting Conditions but in fact is Perfectly Clear as Used. It is in Very Nice Cosmetic and Usable Condition - Displays Beautifully. It is Lightly Tarnished. The Magnifying Lens Has Very Good Optics.
