A fine pair of mid - century Italian Borghese carved acanthus leaf wood bookends. Original Borghese label attached on the underside. These lovely bookends are finished in a beautiful Florentine gold leaf technique. Metal base slides attached. Some of the felt backing on the underside has worn off with age.
This pair will be carefully packaged together and shipped with tracking to ensure they arrive intact.
