Dazhen Wu is a Professional Photographer, but is also a Professional Clarinetist and a China Tour Expert

Artist Bio:
Dazhen Wu received an education in music and art at the Beijing Central Music Conservatory.
He played clarinet in the China Ballet Opera Company; and also during that time period he was instructed by and studied under famous photographers such as Huang Cishi, Chen Xiuquan and Huang Xiang.

In 1980, he obtained a Music Scholarship from Rice University In Houston, Texas and came to the United State to study. He has always engaged himself in photography and worked for a time as a commercial photographer for the Gordon’s Jewelry Co.

In 1986 he set up a photo studio on his own. He also worked in museums and galleries in many different cities, including San Francisco, Cleveland, Houston, Phoenix, Tucson and Beijing.

He has had many photo exhibitions all over the world, and has also published photography albums and books, "Famous Scenic Spots of China", "Ancient Gardens of China" and "Lighting the Way to Travel photography". less
