This beautiful 17” high tankard is hand painted with a finely detailed peacock design in iridescent shades of violet, blues & greens on a neutral cream background.
The rim, handle, and base are decorated with gold.
Bavarian porcelain made by J&C in Germany between 1912-1917 with mark as shown on the bottom. Original owner’s signature has been painted on the bottom.
