A antique teal see through aqua Hemingray No. 9 glass insulator. This insulator was also made for rural telephone lines, … more A antique teal see through aqua Hemingray No. 9 glass insulator. This insulator was also made for rural telephone lines, it was made circa 1890's to 1940's.

There is an old chip on the base; it looks like three drip points (base) are chipped off. The glass is pretty smooth, minor scratches and scuff marks. There is a popped bubble after “U.S.A.” please see at the photographs.

Glass insulators look stunning sitting on a windowsill where the sun shins through the window.
