Description: You are viewing a handsome and hard-to-find Walnut + Leather #4050 Display Coffee Table, designed by Jens Risom for his … more You are viewing a handsome and hard-to-find Walnut + Leather #4050 Display Coffee Table, designed by Jens Risom for his eponymous company c1960s.

This fantastic and utilitarian design features a square body of walnut, with an angled display nook on top (covered in black leather). Opposite side features two shallow drawers on the left (with classic Risom ebonized pulls), with a storage cubby on the right. Metal tulip base is finished in an off-white enamel.

Unmarked, but purchased from the estate of a longtime employee of Jens Risom (with a housed of other unusual Risom pieces). Likely dates to the mid-1960s.
