It glows in the dark or under certain light bulb. No chips, nor flea bites, "only, " a teeny-weeny bubble inclusion during the process, as sometimes such things occur, and are unique onto themselves. Polished pontil base bottom, as last image indicates. Part of my personal and extensive collection, of Murano pieces, which I have chosen to part with, hope I don't regret it, love Murano and anything with these colorations of blues.
