This is a handsome photogravure printed page is illustrated by P. Mahler, a German artist. The subject is of a Braque de l’Ariege Pointer, a French hunting breed. This page is from a tattered 1907 French promotional advertising book found at a French country Marche au Puce. Included is the protective tissue with the French description of this breed.
