This set has been in my family for a long time. It is hand painted with lots of detail on the house shaped sugar and creamer set. There is no marking on it but I believe it is made by Block by Gear.
The sugar bowl measures approx. 4 1/4" tall (with lid on) by x 4" wide x 3 1/4" deep.
The set is in Good used condition. There are some tiny flea bite chips on the bottom edges (please see 3 close-up photos). They are not noticeable unless you examine them. There is some residue in the creamer from use.
Please look at the photos closely as they are the best description. I have photographed it from all sides and angles.
