- We believe this to be a French copper water pitcher dating from the early 20th Century. The copper has a … more We believe this to be a French copper water pitcher dating from the early 20th Century. The copper has a wonderful timeworn patina and the handle is still intact. The lid is attached and functional. The pitcher does have wear on the bottom; please see pictures. (It is recommended that a waterproof liner be used inside for liquids). The pitcher measures approximately 18" tall; 6" in diameter at the bottom; 10" in diameter at the widest point; and approximately 30" in circumference at the center. It is a striking piece! less
